Frankston City Council is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal and health information on this form is being?collected for the purposes of assessing your child’s eligibility for kindergarten registration and planning current and future kindergarten services. Council will share the information you provide with the relevant kindergarten if your child is allocated a place. It is not mandatory to answer all of the questions, however the more information you provide, the better we are able to assess eligibility and plan to meet children’s needs. The information you provide will be kept securely and only used and disclosed as authorised by law.
